Common questions

What is a credit?: One credit is one static fast HTTP fetch. Harder work costs a multiple: a dynamic headless render is 5 credits, a stealth bypass through residential routing is 15, and a structured schema extraction pass adds 2. Credits are sold at $1 per 1,000.
What happens when I run out mid-month?: Requests stop rather than silently billing overage. You can top up or upgrade at any point, and unused credits roll over for 30 days on paid tiers.
Do you charge for failed extractions?: No. Credits are consumed on successful delivery. If a target blocks us and the request returns nothing usable, you are not billed for it.
Can I bring my own target list?: Yes. Enterprise onboarding starts with a live target run: send your hardest URLs and we return a benchmark of extractions against them before you commit to anything.
How does billing work?: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Airwallex. You can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the paid period. Enterprise agreements above $2,500 per month are invoiced annually.
